  • Job Description

    • Handle import and export documentation as per international trade regulations.
    • Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, bill of lading, and customs clearance paperwork.
    • Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
    • Ensure compliance with export-import policies, DGFT, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage and track shipments, logistics, and delivery schedules.
    • Maintain records of import/export transactions, supplier agreements, and payment terms.
    • Resolve issues related to shipments, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.

    Skills Required:

    • Experience in import/export documentation & customs procedures.
    • Knowledge of INCOTERMS, DGFT policies, and international trade laws.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and ERP systems.
    • Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
