Job Description

We are seeking a Manager - Sales & Marketing who is strategic, resourceful, and well-versed in sales and marketing best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology that supports marketing programs, along with experience in exploring new business avenues and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities (domestic and export) and expand the customer base.
• Maintain existing business relationships, ensuring smooth cash flow and timely payment collection.
• Export Documentation:
• Manage and ensure proper documentation for export transactions, including Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, and Excise Documents.
• Sales & Marketing Reporting:
• Generate and analyze marketing reports, customer agreements, sales reports, and monthly target achievement reports.
• Oversee collection of payment and tax forms.
• Promotional Activities & Exhibitions:
• Plan and participate in national and international exhibitions to promote company products.
• Work with technical teams (Process Engineering, QA, and PPC) to enhance customer satisfaction and product offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in sales and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing/export-oriented business.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of export documentation and sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage in strategic business development activities.
• Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
