Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions in our Paper and Pulp industry operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
• Develop recruitment strategies and manage hiring processes for various roles.
• Ensure the availability of the right talent to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with the management team for workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Employee Relations (ER):
• Foster a positive and productive work culture.
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Implement programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Performance Management & Development:
• Oversee employee performance evaluations, feedback systems, and career development programs.
• Design and implement training programs to develop skills and enhance productivity.
• HR Compliance & Legal Management:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies.
• Handle employee benefits, compensation, and legal documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Other Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and align HR practices with business strategies.
