Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced IR Manager to manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws in the Paper and Pulp industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling labor disputes, managing union relations, and maintaining industrial peace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrial Relations (IR):
• Manage labor relations and negotiations with unions.
• Address and resolve labor disputes, strikes, and issues related to worker rights.
• Foster a harmonious relationship between management and employees.
• Compliance & Legal Management:
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific compliance standards.
• Handle documentation and regulatory audits related to labor compliance.
• Represent the company in legal matters, hearings, and discussions with government bodies.
• Policy Development & Implementation:
• Develop and enforce policies related to labor relations, grievance handling, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and the company’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Certification in HR, Labor Laws, or relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 18 years in Industrial Relations, preferably in manufacturing or paper and pulp industries.
• Skills: Expertise in labor laws, conflict resolution, negotiation, and compliance.
• Other Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
