  • Job Description

    We are looking for an Assistant Manager – PPC to oversee production planning and control operations at Metro Tyre Limited. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and coordination skills to ensure smooth workflow, timely production, and efficient resource utilization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement production plans to meet organizational goals.
    • Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and production schedules.
    • Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
    • Analyze production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
    • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products as per customer requirements.
    • Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
    • Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction strategies to optimize efficiency.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    ✅ Education: B.Tech / Diploma / Any Graduation
    ✅ Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
    • Hands-on experience in ERP/MRP systems for production management.
    • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
