Job Description

We are seeking a Deputy Manager – Production with expertise in the cycle tyre industry to oversee core production activities. The ideal candidate should have strong system knowledge and experience in implementing ISO/TS 16949, 5S, and other quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee core production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain ISO/TS 16949 and 5S practices in production.
• Monitor production cycles, process optimization, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure timely production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and troubleshooting.
• Train and guide the production team for enhanced productivity and compliance.
• Maintain and improve safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Graduate in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial Management or a related field.
✅ Experience: 8-10 years in production management within the cycle tyre industry.
✅ Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of ISO/TS 16949, 5S, and other industry standards.
• Hands-on experience in production planning and system implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage large-scale production operations efficiently.
