  • Job Description

    • Maintain and update stock records in Excel & inventory management systems.
    • Track inward and outward stock movement and ensure accurate stock levels.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
    • Coordinate with purchase and sales teams to ensure stock availability.
    • Conduct stock audits and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
    • Handle data entry, inventory adjustments, and stock documentation.
    • Ensure proper storage and labeling of stock items.

    Skills Required:

    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
    • Experience in inventory or stock management.
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
