Job Description

We are looking for a Shift Incharge to oversee operations during assigned shifts, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise on the floor.

• Supervise and manage daily shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies on the production floor.
• Monitor workflow, employee performance, and adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of shift activities.
• Train and mentor employees for skill development and performance enhancement.
• Handle emergencies and resolve conflicts in a dynamic work environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 6-8 years of supervisory experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics.
✅ Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, enforce policies, and drive performance.
✅ Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
✅ Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
