• Lead plant production operations for liquid injections while ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement production strategies to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, USFDA, WHO, and other international regulatory standards.
• Oversee international audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring successful approvals.
• Optimize production processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality output.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance, validation, and calibration.
• Monitor batch manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, R&D, and supply chain teams for seamless operations.
• Train and mentor production teams to improve skills, efficiency, and compliance.

Skills & Expertise:

• Must-Have: Hands-on experience in liquid injection manufacturing.
• Expertise in handling international audits (USFDA, WHO, MHRA, TGA, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory compliance, and aseptic manufacturing.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and process optimization abilities.
• Knowledge of production planning, cost control, and risk management.

Job Description

Ensure that the company is in compliance and adheres to Environment, Occupational Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines
• Government Certified Role in Safety.
• Graduate in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 4-5 years of experience as Safety SPOC. Reports to : Plant Manager , Location : HP Plant
Responsibilty :
• Plan and implement EHS policies and programs
• Work on setting up a new employee on-boarding process for safety
• Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes & reporting to Govt Offices.
• Oversee workplace repair, installations and any other work that could harm employees' safety
• Carry out Risk Assessments and considering how risk could be reduced.
• Leading in-house training with employees & Contractors about EHS issues & risks.
• Managing & organizing the safe disposal of hazardous substances.
• Ensure all Safety compliance as per factory rules and factory act 1948.
• Conduct mock drills & submit reports to factory inspector.
• Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics & drive the safety committee effectively as per Acts.
• Daily plant inspection as per standard.
• To advise purchase and store department for purchasing high quality PPE as per BIS standards.
• Conducting monthly safety meeting with safety member’s 1/month & keeping the minutes.
• Motivation of employees through suggestion scheme, kaizen, and best safety practices.
• Advice to concerned dept. for eliminates unsafe act/unsafe condition at the shop floor.
• Carryout internal safety audit of other plants.
• Responsible for firefighting installation such as Fire extinguishers, Fire alarm system.
• Ensure the monitoring of legal compliance of HPPCB.
• Coordinate to other plant regarding safety, Health and environment issues.
• Ensure the monitoring of legal compliance (Form13, Form11).
• To lead the SHE Pillar of TPM
• End to End handling of ETP & STP Plant Compliance.
• End to End handling of All SHE projects.
• Safety support during engineering projects
• Capability building of Plant team on EHS.
