Job Description

• Oversee maintenance and operations of mechanical systems in production.
• Ensure proper functioning of machinery, utilities, and plant equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures and breakdowns.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Work on automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.
• Assist in installation, validation, and calibration of new equipment.
• Maintain documentation as per GMP & regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of mechanical design, fabrication, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and compliance in a manufacturing setup.
• Ability to work with CAD software, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
