Job Description

We are looking for an experienced NPD Engineer to join our team in Dharampur, Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and new product development (NPD), with expertise in quality documentation, development planning, and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain process and development documentation.
• Develop and manage Gantt charts, SOPs, WI, and process plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO: 9001:2015 and PPAP documentation.
• Use AutoCAD and MS Office for design and documentation purposes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement NPD strategies and improve product quality.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ISO: 9001:2015 documentation.
• Knowledge of quality tools and process documentation.
• Experience with PPAP documentation.
• Previous experience in industries such as Kangaroo, Microturner, Shark, Havells, or any Precision Engineering industry is preferred.
