Job Description

1. Knowledge of M/c Design/SPM and various mechanical components, jigs and fixtures, press
tools and moulds.
2. Ability to lead projects and taking follow-ups from in house and outsource vendors.
3. Knowledge of different types of measuring instruments like VMS, Roughness tester, Profile
Projector, Height Gauge, Vernier calliper, Dial gauge etc.
4. Knowledge of machines like VMC, EDM, CNC lathe/wire cut etc.
5. Should have experience of Auto cad and catia or any other 3D software.
6. Knowledge of Linear guideways, Ball screw, Bearings, Pneumatic &
Hydraulic Components.
7. Knowledge of Electronic components like Servo Motors, Drives, Encoder etc.
