Compute drafting and twist settings based on staple length and desired yarn parameters; coordinate doffing and clear machine faults.
Train and mentor operators; maintain production logs and quality checklists.
Required: Diploma/ITI in Textile or Mechanical; 3–5 years of spinning experience; strong mathematical, technical, and leadership skills.
